- Installation charges of a new internet connection (over existing Landline): Rs. 2,499 inclusive of Tax.
- Installation charges of a new Double Play (Landline+Internet) or Triple Play (Landline + Internet + Smart TV): Rs. 5,000 inclusive of Tax.
GPON Installation Charges:
- *Freedom Unlimited default package unless other package is selected.
- New Fiber to the Home (GPON) connection installation charges are upfront PKR. 15,000/-
- GPON is available in selected areas. Call helpline for details.
- Above packages are also available in some other few selected revamped exchanges as well as for DSL/VDSL.
- Conversion charges for Existing Copper connection to GPON upfront are: PKR. 7,500/.
The following taxes at written rates will be applied:
- Sales tax on Landline – Charges is 19.50% for Punjab, Sindh, KPK, Balochistan, AJK.
- FED of 17% is applicable in Islamabad Capital Territory.
- Sales tax on DSL/Internet/EVO/Data/ DPLC - is 19.50% for Punjab (Where monthly charges for student package does not exceed Rs 1,500/-), Sindh (Where the total monthly charges, per recipient of services for all data services do not exceed Rs 2,500/- or Where the bandwidth offered does not exceed 4Mbps.)
- Sales tax on Equipment/ Supplies / CPE – Charges is 17% for Punjab, Sindh, Islamabad Capital Territory, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) Azad Jammu & Kashmir, KPK, Balochistan, AJK.
- Sales tax on Smart Tv service is Rs 16 % in ICT, Punjab and AJk while it is 10% in Sindh and KPK, and15 % in Baluchistan
- Income Tax (WHT) is applicable @ 10% on telephone bill amount exceeding Rs 1,000/- of PSTN subscribers on Punjab, Sindh, Islamabad Capital Territory, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) Azad Jammu & Kashmir.
- Income Tax (WHT) is applicable @ 12.50% internet bill (PTCL + Sales Tax) on Punjab, Sindh, Islamabad Capital Terrtory, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) Azad Jammu & Kashmir.
