How to get new PTCL Connection?
You can order PTCL Broadband connection by simply calling 0800 80800 or 1218, order online by visiting PTCL website at www.ptcl.com.pk, nearest PTCL Shop or PTCL Distributor.
If you are in an area where PTCL is offering GPON FTTH, you can fill this form to order online.
Customers who order a new connection will be required to first pay the installation charges and once payment is received, order installation process starts. You will be informed via SMS & e-mails about order installation.

What are PTCL Installation Charges?
What are the charges to get GPON FTTH on existing copper connection.
Conversion charges for Existing Copper connection to GPON upfront are: PKR. 7,500/-.
Do I have to purchase a modem and pay an activation fee?
You will be provided free modem till you use our services. One time Installation charges will be charged.Modem will remain property of PTCL.
What is PTCL Fair Usage Policy.
Can I have static IP on PTCL Broadband connection?
Yes, customer can avail static IP on his broadband connection.Static IP will be provided in 48 hours.
Static IP for Activation charges are Rs.500 (One time).
Customer will be billed Rs.350 per month in addition to their current bill.
PTCL is initially offering single static IP address to each customer.
